Red Neck Chandelier

Here is my Red Neck Chandelier.  I don't know if that is the best name for it, but I am going with it.  I made this chandelier out of a laundry hanger found at Ikea and a string of pears I bought after Christmas, 90% off at Hobby Lobby for about a buck.

PRESSA Hanging dryer with 16 clothes clips IKEA Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Easy to fold up. Saves space when not in use.
The laundry hangers are called the PRESSA hanging dryer, item number 801.896.63, and you can find a link to them in the catalog HERE.  I purchased mine for $5 in the store.

To make the chandelier, I just hung it from my curtain rod with a ribbon then strung the pearls while it was hanging there.  I tried to add the pearls while holding the thing in my hand and it just didn't work.  I went ahead and hung it up just long enough to string the pearls, but loved it so much in the window that I just left it!

Our little Red Neck Chandelier was the perfect addition to our little craft room.  And at only $6 to make it, this baby was totally affordable!!!
