A friend asked for a shower cake. No real requests. Here is the pic. I went for sloppy on the icing, but the best recipe. It is a whipped white chocolate ganache kind of thing. Yumm! The cake was just a white cake with strawberry filling. I love the mini cakes. They are just so darn cute and so very easy to serve. I made the topper out of wood this time so I could re-use it. Modge Podged the paper on, sealed the wood part that goes into the cake, and tied ribbons on. I actually had to ask for this back ;0) Guess she liked it.
