These are just two of the Hair Bow holders I made. They are way simple. You start by modge-podging scrapbook paper on a wooden bodice, cut out by me =0) Gather 4 yards of tulle and attach to the base of the bodice.
Then you staple or nail several ribbons, the length of the skirt, to the wooden form. Embellish as you wish. Now you can finally find those bows when it is crunch time!
